Dellwood’s red barn has stood on this land since the late 1800s, originally part of a family-run dairy farm that operated for five generations. Today, it’s been carefully updated to host weddings while preserving the warmth and texture of the original structure. From the hand-milled pine walls to the loft’s exposed trusses, every part of the space reflects its past without feeling dated or unfinished.

This is not your average barn. It’s fully climate-controlled, well-lit, and large enough to comfortably seat your entire guest list without feeling cramped. Located near White Bear Lake, Minnesota, and just a short drive from the Twin Cities, it offers the rustic charm of a countryside venue with the comfort and ease couples expect.

Is the barn heated and air-conditioned?

Yes. Dellwood Barn is fully climate-controlled, so your guests will be comfortable no matter the season.

What kind of lighting is included?

String lights are permanently installed across the 35-foot ceiling, along with accent lighting throughout both levels.

Are restrooms located inside the barn?

Yes. Modern indoor restrooms are located on the lower level near the bar and main event space.

Can we decorate the barn?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own decor, or you can use our rental items. We handle setup and takedown for anything you rent from us.

Is there a bar inside the barn?

Yes. The barn includes a built-in bar area staffed by our team. We also have a grain bin barn outside that we use during cocktail hour.

What furniture is included?

We provide handcrafted wood dining tables, chairs, cocktail tables, and a selection of accent pieces, including antique doors, whiskey barrels, and display tables.
