About Weddings at Dellwood Barn

A Rustic Barn Wedding Venue Near Stillwater and the Twin Cities

There’s something about Dellwood that puts people at ease. It might be the wide open space, or the way the barn glows in the late afternoon light during our May through October wedding season. It could be the feeling of stepping onto a property that’s been part of the land for over a century. Whatever it is, couples tell us they knew it felt right the moment they arrived.

We’re not trying to be the trendiest venue or the most remote hideaway. We’re a working farm with history, updated for comfort, and designed for people who want a grounded, genuine place to celebrate. The big things are covered, the small things are thought through, and your guests won’t be left guessing where to go or what’s next. It’s a wedding day that feels good to be part of, from the first hug to the final song.

"The Dellwood Barn was an excellent venue for our rustic, country-themed wedding"

“The Dellwood Barn was an excellent venue for our rustic, country-themed wedding. The owners were very accommodating with the things we wanted to do and how we wanted to decorate. The location is great by being close to hotels and the twin cities. We highly recommend this venue for those that like the country style and want to be creative and artistic with your decorating desires. The possibilities are endless.”

"We continue to receive positive compliments about the wedding"

“From the beautiful landscaping outside to the newly installed air conditioning to the nicest bathrooms found in any barn, you have really made Dellwood Barn into the #1 wedding venue in our book! Thanks for all you and Scott did to make it a memorable day for all! We highly recommend Dellwood Barn Weddings to anyone who is looking for that "perfect" wedding.”

- Tom & Maureen (Woodbury, MN)

"I just wanted to send a HUGE thank you for our beautiful wedding."

“It was wonderful weather and the day could not have been any more perfect. It was so special to have my wedding at your barn and see my vision of "rustic elegant" come to life. You guys were wonderful to work with, and Julie, you put so much time and effort into making sure everything went smoothly. I loved all the little special touches from the tractor to the wood benches for cocktail hour and the lace around the doorway. The lights in the barn sparkled and even the bathrooms were fantastic! Thank you for helping my dream become a reality”

- Andrea and Seth Anderson
